Do any men or women know any hair products that actually work to stop hair thinning and receding hairline in men?
You can take things like Rogain or Propiecia (?sp on both), but they are only effective as long as you use them. You can try doing things like massaging your scalp to stimulate the hair follicle, but mostly there isn’t really anything you can that will have any permanent results – aside from surgery.

Female hormones (Estrogens) will help, but you may
find that their other side effects (increased breast size
to start with) are rather drastic.
Rogaine has been tested and has some efficacy
under very limited circumstances.

rogaine is the only option, but once you use it you cant stop,
Hair loss is genetic, theres not much you can do about it

There is a line of haircare products for men out there from a company called Nioxin that has garnered some good reviews. It may not regrow hair that has been lost, but it apparently works to break up the DHT in your scalp to help re-stimulate hair that is still there and just blocked.
